Welcome to my working studio, where you will see artworks in encaustic and mixed media: paintings, monotypes and collages on wood, paper, canvas and stone. The work is colourful, lively, and often quirky. Depth and mystery arise from the careful application of many layers to the working surface. Mainly abstract, and looking quite organic, the paintings have their roots in the unique forms of the local landscape. I am an exhibiting member of the Federation of Canadian Artists and an active member of the Naramata Arts Studio. My studio is open most days, 11- 4, from late May to October.
