M gallery | book is a new way to fall in love with art and books. We find, showcase, and share emerging Canadian talent - on canvas and in print.
You can find us at 219 Main Street, 2nd floor. We're housed in a 1940s building that's kinda funky, slightly dodgy, and possibly haunted. True story. Or maybe not. We're still trying to sort that out.
Can't visit in person? That's okay. Go to www.mgallerybook.com. Cool things will be happening there, too. Promise.

Welcome to my working studio, where you will see artworks in encaustic and mixed media: paintings, monotypes and collages on wood, paper, canvas and stone. The work is colourful, lively, and often quirky. Depth and mystery arise from the careful application of many layers to the working surface. Mainly abstract, and looking quite organic, the paintings have their roots in the unique forms of the local landscape. I am an exhibiting member of the Federation of Canadian Artists and an active member of the Naramata Arts Studio. My studio is open most days, 11- 4, from late May to October.
