The first race of it's kind, participants can choose to compete in open, open mixed, women's, masters, recreation, corporate or junior. This range of categories provides an opportunity for both competitive teams as well as fun loving thrill seekers to compete in a fun and challenging event.
The legs, in order of completion, are: canoe/kayak, road bike, mountain run/snowshoe, mountain bike, nordic ski, alpine ski or snowboard. This is a stag race and can be entered as a solo or a relay team of up to 7 people.

Accommodation and race entry packages are available with the Penticton Ramada.
Pre Race Meeting:
There will be a pre-race briefing on March 22nd at the Penticton Ramada at 7pm. A "Carbo Load Buffet" will be available from 6pm.
All teams must be registered and have checked in by 7:30am race day to receive race packs and review any last minute changes.

Start and Finish:
The race starts at 8:30 am at Okanagan Lake at the SS Sicamous. Your race is officially finished once you or your team member crosses the finish line past the gates of the downhill ski ringing the big bell!
